| CULTURAL FACTOR OF ENVIRONMENT | |
| What we call the cultural element of environment is the
one which is necessary for the improvement of an urban environment with
a view to creating an ideal environment of high cultural merit. It consists of three points : gPlace,hgHistory,hgClimate,handgPoetic- imagery point.h gPlacehmeans a basic element which gives character to the environment and holds not only spatial order and unity but also an atmosphere which is symmetrical to it. gHistoryhmeans a particular element which gives character to the environment through its historical experiences in terms of historical tales, memoirs and recollections. gClimatehmeans a particular element which gives character to the environment through its land of climate, weather, soil, geographical features, landscape. gPoetic-imagery pointhmeans a special element which gives rise to a
strong impression and impact both by the stimulus of the environment
and by the discovery of the new. |

the best use ofg PlacehgHistoryh,andgClimateh The environment of poetic
discovery exists as an deviation from cultural tradition and customs. In most cases, it is characterized by something confronted with the surroundings, something like plural elements united with each other and something like the unexperienced. Even familiar objects, if they are seen from a different angle, can give a different and much clearer impression to us. |
